Knowledge & Skills: Wendy is an innovator and thought-leader in workforce development and workforce planning. Her expertise includes action research, business leadership, entrepreneurship, mentoring, innovation, speaking and Vocational Education and Training (VET). Wendy’s extensive experience includes management roles within private and public Registered Training Organisations, government, business and industry development, consultancy, project management and professional services.
Jessica Perry, Executive Director, Career BluePrint
Role: Coaching, mentoring and training team members and contractors, maintaining quality standards, efficient resource allocation and project management. Capability includes training, personnel, information and research, policies, and project management all being represented in ways that develops business and enhances relationships for Workforce BluePrint. Jess is the lead facilitator in business development, career planning, professional development, social media and online brand management services for Career BluePrint.
Qualifications: Certificate III in Business; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – currently enrolled.
Knowledge and Skills: Public speaking and co-facilitating workshops; Managing social media services for clients; Skills profiling and managing client relationships; Website and product design including online transactions; Providing a friendly and cheerful customer service; Working and pulling together as a team to get the job done; Managing finances and resources.
Scott Perry, Product Development Manager
Role: Product development and management, contractor and development team management, pitch coaching and mentoring, speaking and program design.
Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Advanced Certificate in Mechanical Services, Advanced Certificate in Gas Fitting, Advanced Certificate in Water Supply, Advanced Certificate in Small Business Management, Plumbing and Gas Fitting Apprenticeship (Mechanical Services), Certificate III.
Knowledge & Skills: Experience in the Building and Construction industry provides a very practical approach to workforce solutions, running an SME, supervising and training team members and managing projects. Scott has expertise in Training and Assessment against Australian industry standards and provides support for workforce development and planning services. He is an entrepreneurial inventor as well as a pitch and public speaking coach with an engaging facilitation style.
Melanie Worrall, Consultant
Role: Strategy development and implementation, workforce planning and development, e-learning development and consulting, content development, instructional design, learning and development consulting, training delivery, production management, project management, assessment and research.
Qualifications: Master of Business Administration, Master of Philosophy, Bachelor of Education (Education and Training of Adults), Bachelor of Arts, Certificate IV in Training and Education, Diploma of Training and Assessment, Advanced Diploma of Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice in VET.
Knowledge & Skills: Melanie has worked in learning and development for over 15 years and worked with a number of organisations and RTOs to review strategic course and workforce development processes and resources. She is a specialist in how to leverage technology to achieve learning and development outcomes and has worked on a number of emerging technology projects.
Alex Freeman, Business Assistant
Role: Addressing simple customer and client inquiries via phone and email; Arranging and researching travel and accommodation; Booking and researching venues for events, associate and client engagement meetings; Contact database updates and uploads; Contributing to bulk mail and email campaigns – printing, folding, enveloping, posting, scheduling; Email inbox management – clearing and responding where appropriate; Filing printed material, archiving files and uploading electronic files to cloud base system; Formatting letters, emails and communication; Managing event registrations, equipment organisation and pack up plus greeting guests; Monitoring and booking colleagues into relevant events/workshops for professional development and network; Online research – competitors, conferences, countries, industries, programs, regions, topics; Personal Assistant tasks; Organising and restocking office supplies, promotional materials; Scheduling approved social media content; Supporting the achievement and demonstration of our vision, mission, values and strategic priorities.
