Be the Architect of Your Workforce Plan

Workforce Architects assist enterprises, organisations, industry sectors and regions in undertaking workforce development and planning.  They may play an internal consultancy role or work with clients and customers in providing workforce management services.  There are 4 levels of Workforce Architects:

• Bronze – understanding workforce development and planning definitions and the process for developing a workforce plan with enterprises and organisations; and tools for workforce planning.
• Silver – development of a workforce plan for an enterprise or organisation; workforce measurement and analysis; workforce development strategies; researching workforce demand and supply.
• Gold – development of a workforce plan for a large/complex organisation, project, network, industry, region or community involving multiple stakeholders and enterprises/organisations.
• Platinum – collaborating with Workforce BluePrint as a Workforce Architect; working with enterprises, organisations, groups/teams/networks/consortia, across industry sectors, regions and communities.

Audiences

1. People developing a workforce plan within their own enterprise/organisation such as Business Owners/Managers, Human Resource and Organisational Development practitioners; and
2. Intermediaries who may be advising and supporting enterprises/organisations to undertake workforce development and planning such as Vocational Education and Training, Registered Training Organisation and Skills Stores Practitioners; staff from Industry Skills Councils and Boards; Economic, Industry, Regional and Small-Medium Sized Enterprise Development Advisors.

Facilitation Methodology

You have a choice of face to face (f2f) workshops, online sessions or one-on-one and small group coaching sessions across each level of the Workforce Architects program.

Want a program just for your organisation, network or project?  A Statement of Participation is provided for each level of the program.  If an organisation wishes to have a WA program designed for them, we can provide a specific quote.  Group discount of 10% applies when 3 or more people book into a program from the same organisation.
