I recently had the opportunity to attend a workshop facilitated by Workforce BluePrint.  I found Wendy to be enthusiastic, engaging, highly professional and knowledgeable in her field.  She was simply, solution focussed with no hype.

This inspired me to seek out her expertise for a staff development session I was coordinating.  The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, and her easy facilitation style was appreciated by all.  She easily and professionally accommodated a late change to the program.  We all came away not only inspired but with a range of tools to help in our work place.

• Well done.  This is certainly an area I will to apply to volunteering programs in our region. I think while the organisations at the workshop focus on paid staff, volunteers fall under the radar. Yet having said this, many not for profits base up to 90% of their service provision on volunteers. What’s worse is they don’t even recognise it & will not invest in developing their programs. HACC is a huge offender in this regard.  I trust these tools will help us change this mindset. We are working with an RTO to provide accredited quals appropriate for volunteers and volunteer program managers & I think the TNA will assist in this.
